It is so unusual these days to be able to say that as a consumer I had a wonderful experience.
I found your website while looking for the best quality linen I could find and at some risk (as your name was unknown to me and I was not familiar with your product), placed an order that I was not sure would be delivered before factories close for the holidays, I had not seen the quality and had to pay a deposit up front.
To my absolute delight you delivered the linen within a few days instead of a few weeks, with satin stitching and Oxford pleats AND your 600 thread count is the best quality I have seen. Furthermore, you kept me well informed as to the progress, were cheerful and pleasant at all times and delivered the order personally.
I enjoyed meeting you and especially your sense of humour.

After the first contact through Internet, I instinctively trusted Ann and was not disappointed. Her service was perfect, her manners absolutely kind and she truly is a generous and very very friendly person to deal with. The delivery was timely, I got tracking informations from Ann almost twice a day about where the parcel was.

In April last year I had the pleasure of dealing with Ann Mack and her wonderful products. We were in the process of opening an over-night facility as an addition to our surgical day clinic. We wanted something more up market and 5 star and were lucky enough to have Ann on board with the most wonderful linen products.
We have subsequently had many compliments on the quality of the linen from our patients. Service is fantastic, constant interaction and follow-up. Advice when required on making the best decision based on quality and affordability.
All in all, a one stop superb shopping experience for all linen and any other home product you could wish for along with excellent service which does not end once the sale has gone through, excellent after-market relations as well. I would definitely recommend the products and service.
The comparison between poly cotton and percale 100% cotton bedding is unbelievable. Longevity, breath-ability, cool in summer (for the ladies in their 50’s)does not make little bolletjies that scratch your skin the way polycott does after 3 washes. Just wonderful and I will never sleep under anything else in the future. As a cancer survivor, eco products have become all important to me. I am aligned to AnnMack and her products because she lives this reality and her products are all natural fibre and eco aligned.

I purchased a couple pairs of the handmade wool and felt slippers from Ann last year and absolutely love them. As well as being super comfy their quality is evident. Ann was great at answering any queries and my purchases arrived promptly!

I recently bought some of her percale bedding and I cannot believe what a difference it has made in my life of sleeping. No more flapping of sheets, first overheating, then freezing cold. Just to say how happy we are with our silk duvet. I have the light ‘Spring’ king size and we found it warm enough even in the Jo’burg winter, when it was fine just with a quilt on top.
My husband’s asthma also seems to have improved, I don’t think the old down duvet was any good for him.
It is also very easy to put into the duvet cover. Thank you very much for you recommendation of silk for people with allergies.

Earlier this year, my stepdaughter, who was doing a Master’s degree in fashion design in Europe, asked me to urgently send her two basotho blankets for use in her final fashion range.
After speaking to several dodgy Cape Town suppliers, I was fortunate to find Ann Mackrill (AnnMack Eco). Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful – what a star !
After rapidly and expertly helping us to source the blankets, she shipped them to europe. Through no fault of her own, delays developed (at the SAPO as well as SAA).
Ann then went far beyond the call of duty by constantly harrying SAPO and SAA and going through numerous time-consuming tracking exercises, tracking the parcel out of SA, through Europe and into Slovakia.
