Stained Glass Lamp and base

Created by master glass artist Cathy Froneman of Jewelled Leaf Studios in Johannesburg  , this exquisite lamp is made using the traditional Tiffany method . Only quality high-end art glass is utilised to create this exceptional product.

The lamp stands 41cm including the base and the shade diameter measures 35cm.

Stained glass creates a focal point in any room by diffusing the light and giving space a warm glow.

Cathy creates one-off future heirlooms. There’s a reason stained glass has entranced us for so many centuries.

Delivery only within South Africa and after April 16th 2020.

ABOUT CATHY  :

“Both  my grandmothers were well known for their exquisite handwork. I resigned from the corporate world about 12 years ago and was at a complete loss as to what to do with myself .

I have always had a fascination for beautiful glass. The one day I walked into a local craft shop and saw that they offered stained glass lessons. I booked my first lesson and was immediately hooked! Little did I realise it at the time but this was the start of an amazing and fulfilling career. My hobby has become my  “job” if you like.

In the interim I have expanded my skill set  from stained glass to warm glass which is made in a kiln.

I most enjoy working closely with clients, creating their own piece of unique art ”
